DMCA Policy
Olive Oil Ice Cream ("we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), the text of which can be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Olive Oil Ice Cream service that are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent.
This policy outlines the procedures for submitting a notice of alleged copyright infringement ("DMCA Notice") and for submitting a counter-notification ("DMCA Counter-Notification") if your content has been removed due to a DMCA Notice.
Filing a DMCA Notice
If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content on the Olive Oil Ice Cream website or services infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a written DMCA Notice to our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information:

- Your physical or electronic signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted on the Olive Oil Ice Cream website or services was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written DMCA Counter-Notification to our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information:
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled: Identify the material and the location (e.g., URL(s)) at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your name, address, and telephone number: Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement of consent to jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if your address is outside of the U.S., for any judicial district in which Olive Oil Ice Cream may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA Notice or an agent of such person.
- Your physical or electronic signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
All DMCA Notices and Counter-Notifications should be sent through our contact page, clearly indicating "DMCA Notice" or "DMCA Counter-Notification" in the subject line or message body.
